What is Voxx HPT and how does it work?

Voxx HPT is a special tactile pattern woven or molded into many of our products. Contact with this pattern on the bottom of your feet (like in the case of our socks and insoles) or your forearm (with our patches) triggers neurological responses that ultimately reduce pain and discomfort in your body. What issues do the VoxxLife products address?

Our socks and insoles are not designed to directly address any medical issues, but contact with the Voxx HPT pattern embedded within most of our products can help provide a number of benefits, including increased energy and strength, better balance, and stability. How do I know the products are working?

To see the difference in your balance and stability with and without Voxx HPT products, we recommend asking a friend to help you demo our products. If you’ve already undergone a demo, try not wearing the product for a day, then putting them back on to see the difference.

How can I tell which product is best for me?

Although all of our HPT-embedded products provide the same neurological benefits, knowing which ones are right for you depends on multiple factors, including but not limited to:

  • your level of physical activity

  • any existing medical conditions you may have

  • personal preferences for specific styles of socks, insoles, or Harmony Patches

That said, some products are better suited for individuals with specific needs:

  • If you experience issues related to neuropathy, diabetes or severe swelling in lower extremities, we recommend our Wellness line of socks, and our Bliss insoles for maximum cushioning.

  • For active individuals, we suggest any of our athletic socks. Each style was specially designed to provide optimal arch support and all-day comfort, no matter the activity.

  • If you wear a uniform for work, we suggest any of our liner socks, which can be worn under your uniform’s socks. Similarly, our Harmony Patch can be worn discreetly on your forearm, underneath your work shirt.

I experience neuropathic-related numbness and/or weakness. Will your socks work for me?

Our Wellness socks have been proven to help with diabetic neuropathy issues. Independent studies have confirmed that the pain levels of 76.9% of subjects tested were reduced from a Pain Score of 4 or higher (“Pain that Interferes with Tasks”) to a 2 or lower (“Can be Ignored”).

How long do the benefits of HPT last?

For our socks and insoles, you’ll continue to feel the benefits for as long as there are no damages to HPT pattern that’s woven or molded into the product. In the case of Harmony Patches, benefits last for 24 hours.

Do I need to wear the socks and insoles together to get the benefits of HPT?

No. All our products can be worn separately for the same neurological benefits.

If I wear the insoles and socks together, will it double the benefits?

No. Wearing both the socks and insoles together does not double the neurological benefits of the technology; however, cushioning from the insoles would provide extra comfort.

What’s the difference between the Classic, Rush, and Bliss insoles?

All our insoles provide the same neurological benefits, but differ slightly in the level of cushioning provided: Bliss includes the most cushioning for extra comfort, followed by Classic, then Rush.

What is the compression rating for your socks? Are they covered by insurance?

Our socks feature graduated compression, but since this type of compression is not considered medical grade, they may not be covered by insurance. Please check with your insurance coverage provider.

Do your athletic socks have compression?

Yes. All our athletic socks feature graduated (non-medical grade) compression.

How long will it take to feel the effects of your products’ pain management?

It depends! Everyone’s body responds differently, so it can take anywhere from 1 hour to 1 week.

What’s the best way to wash Voxx HPT socks?

We recommend washing our socks by hand with a gentle detergent, and allowing to air dry.

What’s the best way to clean Voxx HPT insoles?

We recommend gently handwashing our insoles with a non-abrasive soap, and allowing to air dry.

Why does the Harmony Patch only last for 24 hours?

We designed our patches for single-day use for hygienic reasons. Although they don’t have or release any chemicals when in contact with your skin, we always recommend letting your skin breathe, rather than covering a part of your body continuously for over 24 hours.

Can I wear the Harmony Patch anywhere on my body?

For best results, we recommend placing the patch on the inside of the forearm of your dominant arm.

Can I wear VoxxLife products with my orthotics?

Our products were designed to provide the same benefits as traditional orthotics, so there’s no need to use both. That said, if using orthotics with our products benefits you, feel free to continue doing so.

How do I purchase VoxxLife products?

It’s simple! On every page of this website, look to the very top-left and you’ll find a link that reads “Shop”. Click this link to view our full collection of products. Add items you’d like to purchase to your shopping cart, then check out to complete the process.

Why won’t the website let me ship my order to the US?

When you first created your customer profile, you may have selected Canada as your shipping country. This can be easily changed. First, return to the shopping cart screen and look for a black bar at the top of the page where you’ll find links for “Account,” “Country,” and “Language”. Click “Country”, then select “USA”.

Similarly, if the system isn’t allowing you to ship to Canada, you may have selected the US in your customer profile. Please follow the steps above to correct the shipping country.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit payments from Visa and Mastercard

How do you determine the cost of shipping?

Canada and the US: All orders have a fixed shipping cost of $4 and an additional cost of $1 per item in that order. For example, the shipping cost for an order containing 3 items would be $7. Plus tax (if applicable).

The UK: For 1 – 8 items: £6, 9 – 24 items: £12, 25 – 50 items: £18, 51 or more items: £24 (VAT inclusive)

If my package is returned to your warehouse, how do I get it shipped out again?

If your package is returned to our warehouse and you would like to get it shipped back to you, please email opportunity@voxxlife.com with your order number and a member from our customer service team will assist you. Please note a re-shipping fee may be applied.

Which countries does VoxxLife ship to?

Currently, we ship orders to Canada, the USA and the UK only.

I’m unable to select a certain size for a specific sock or insole. What’s wrong?

If you’re unable to select a size, that means the item has sold out. But don’t worry! We regularly restock items, so keep checking the product page for updated availability.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email confirming the order, along with a number to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear or update on the courier’s website.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our socks and insoles only. Due to the nature of the Harmony Patch, Breeze lip balm, and Chillit products, we are unable to refund those items.

To start a return, please email returns@voxxlife.com with your order number and a VoxxLife team member will assist you. Please DO NOT return your purchase without prior written approval from the Returns department. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
